Cookie Sticks Dipped in Chocolate with Christmas Candy Beads - Crispy with an Added Sweetness, Colorful and Irresistible!

👉🏻Ingredients list⚠️
100g unsalted butter, softened
25g powdered sugar
1g salt
30g egg (at room temperature)
180g low-gluten flour
Dark chocolate
White chocolate
Matcha powder
Christmas candy beads
👉🏻✨DIRECTIONS:
Soften the butter until it can be easily pressed with a finger. Add the powdered sugar and salt, and cream until fluffy and light in color.
Gradually add the egg at room temperature, beating until fully absorbed before adding the next portion.
Sieve in the low-gluten flour.
Wear disposable gloves and first gather the mixture into a large clump.
Knead into a smooth dough, wrap it in plastic wrap, and let it rest for 1 hour.
Fold a parchment paper three times, wrap the dough inside, and roll it out into a 13cm wide and 0.7cm thick sheet. Place it in the freezer for 1 hour to set.
Remove and cut into strips that are 0.7cm wide.
Arrange them on a baking tray.
Bake in a preheated convection oven at 150°C for 25 minutes.
After cooling, fill two small piping bags with white chocolate and one with dark chocolate. Add matcha powder to one of the bags of white chocolate. Submerge all bags in hot water to melt the chocolate. For the matcha chocolate, you can mix it evenly by hand.
Dip each cookie stick into the chocolate, letting the excess drip off.
Adhere candy beads and let them dry on parchment paper.

👉🏻✨TIPS
Use eggs at room temperature to prevent oil and water separation.
Oven temperatures may vary, so the baking time is for reference only.
