Lasagna Soup is a delightful dish that blends the classic flavor of lasagna into a soup. It perfectly combines Italian sausage, beef, rich sauce, and lasagna noodles to create an irresistible taste.

Italian sausage (mild) 120g
Beef 500g
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Chopped onion 1 cup
Garlic mince 1 tbsp
Low-sodium chicken broth 1 can (960g)
Marinara sauce 720g
Lasagna noodles 8 pieces
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Parmesan cheese 6 tsp
👉🏻✨DIRECTIONS:
Select the sauté function on the pressure cooker, add the sausage and beef, and cook until done, about 5 minutes. Pour out the grease and set the meat aside.
Add olive oil, add chopped onion and sauté until soft, then add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Pour in chicken broth, add marinara sauce, cooked meat, and seasonings, stir well.
Break the lasagna noodles into small pieces and add them to the pot, ensuring they are fully submerged in the sauce.
Close and lock the lid, select the high-pressure function, and set the timer for 3 minutes. Allow 10 to 15 minutes for pressure to build.
Use the quick-release method to release pressure, about 5 minutes. Unlock and remove the lid, taste and adjust the salt as needed.
Ladle the soup into bowls and top each bowl with 1 tsp of Parmesan cheese.
