Broccoli (100g)
Shrimp (80g)
Eggs (2)
Crab mushrooms (50g)
Salt & chicken bouillon (a pinch)
Starch water (1 tsp)
Oil spray (or a little oil)
👩🍳DIRECTIONS:
Blanch broccoli: 1 min in boiling water, drain.
Cook shrimp: Spray oil, pan-fry until pink.
Scramble eggs: Spray oil, scramble eggs in pan.
Combine: Add shrimp, mushrooms, broccoli, stir-fry.
Season: Sprinkle salt, bouillon, starch water, mix well.
