Juicy shrimp, fluffy eggs, and umami mushrooms—so satisfying!

  • Broccoli (100g)

  • Shrimp (80g)

  • Eggs (2)

  • Crab mushrooms (50g)

  • Salt & chicken bouillon (a pinch)

  • Starch water (1 tsp)

  • Oil spray (or a little oil)

👩🍳DIRECTIONS:

  1. Blanch broccoli: 1 min in boiling water, drain.

  2. Cook shrimp: Spray oil, pan-fry until pink.

  3. Scramble eggs: Spray oil, scramble eggs in pan.

  4. Combine: Add shrimp, mushrooms, broccoli, stir-fry.

  5. Season: Sprinkle salt, bouillon, starch water, mix well.
