  • ½ each of red, yellow, and green bell peppers

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa

  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce

  • ½ tbsp oyster sauce

  • A pinch of black pepper

  • ½ tbsp starch

  • Cooking oil (as needed)

  • Salt (optional)

  • MSG/chicken powder (optional)

  1. Marinate Beef: Dice beef, mix with soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, starch, and oil. Marinate for 10 mins.
