This colorful stir-fry features tender beef, crisp bell peppers, and fiber-rich quinoa rice—nutritious, filling, and perfect for fitness or weight loss diets.

200g beef tenderloin
½ each of red, yellow, and green bell peppers
1 cup cooked quinoa
1 tbsp light soy sauce
½ tbsp oyster sauce
A pinch of black pepper
½ tbsp starch
Cooking oil (as needed)
Salt (optional)
MSG/chicken powder (optional)
👩🍳DIRECTIONS:
Marinate Beef: Dice beef, mix with soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, starch, and oil. Marinate for 10 mins.
Stir-Fry Peppers: Heat oil in a pan, sauté bell peppers until tender, then set aside.
Cook Beef: In the same pan, stir-fry beef until browned.
Combine: Return peppers to the pan, mix well, and season lightly.
Serve: Top quinoa rice with the beef-pepper stir-fry and mix.
