500g pumpkin
A few slices of ginger
2 stalks of green onion
Salt to taste
Soy sauce (light) to taste
A little soy sauce (dark) for coloring
A pinch of white pepper
Cooking wine to taste

Wash the chicken legs and cut into pieces. Marinate with salt, soy sauce (light), soy sauce (dark), white pepper, cooking wine, and a few slices of ginger for 20 minutes.
Peel and seed the pumpkin, cut into chunks, and lay them at the bottom of a steaming bowl.
Evenly place the marinated chicken leg pieces over the pumpkin, followed by the remaining ginger slices.
Bring water to a boil in a steamer, place the steaming bowl inside, and steam over high heat for 30 minutes until the chicken legs are fully cooked.
Garnish with chopped green onion before serving.
