50g dried wood ear mushrooms
100g enoki mushrooms
2 eggs
Sauce: In a bowl, add minced garlic, chopped chili peppers (such as Xiaomi chili), white sesame seeds, and chili powder. Pour over two spoonfuls of hot olive oil, then add two spoonfuls of soy sauce, two spoonfuls of aged vinegar, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of sugar substitute. Stir well until combined.
