9 lasagna noodles

15 oz ricotta cheese
1 egg

3 cups marinara sauce

Cook Noodles:
Boil the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Prepare Spinach Mixture:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Sauté garlic and onion until translucent.
Add spinach and cook until wilted. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Remove from heat.
Mix Ricotta:
In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
Assemble Lasagna:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce at the bottom of a baking dish.
Layer 3 lasagna noodles, half of the ricotta mixture, half of the spinach mixture, and a third of the mozzarella cheese.
Repeat layers, ending with noodles and remaining marinara sauce on top. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Bake:
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Rest and Serve:
Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
