Spinach and vermicelli salad
Seafood delight meets crisp veggies in this refreshing shrimp, vermicelli & spinach salad, perfect for healthy snacking!
Materials:
Ingredients preparation: Prawns, spinach, vermicelli;
Soul sauce: garlic, chopped green onion, sesame, chili powder, 1 spoon of olive oil, 1 spoon of soy sauce, 1 spoon of vinegar, half spoon of sugar; stir well together
Steps:
Boil the prawns, peel and remove the intestinal tract, and set aside;
Cook the vermicelli, drain and rinse with cold water twice, then set aside;
Blanch the spinach until cooked, drain and set aside;
Place all ingredients into a plate, pour the cooled dressing and stir well to serve.
