  • Salt to taste

  3. In a fresh pot of boiling water, gently pour in beaten eggs while stirring lightly with chopsticks to create egg floats.

  4. Add the prepared spinach, season with salt and chicken bouillon powder (if using), and bring to a boil. Remove from heat.
