200g udon noodles
100g shrimp
1 ham sausage
5 mushrooms
½ green bell pepper
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
A little oil
👩🍳DIRECTIONS:
Cook noodles: Boil udon for 2 mins, drain.
Fry shrimp: Lightly oil pan, cook shrimp, set aside.
Sauté veggies: Cook mushrooms until juicy, add ham & bell pepper.
Combine: Add noodles & shrimp, season with soy & oyster sauce, stir-fry well.
