2 eggs
Broccoli (optional)
1 bowl cooked rice
Scallion Sauce: Chopped scallions (generous amount), 1 tbsp minced garlic, 2 tbsp white sesame seeds, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp olive oil, pinch of black pepper & salt
👩🍳DIRECTIONS:
Scramble eggs: Beat eggs with black pepper & salt, cook over low heat until semi-set. Set aside.
Cook beef: Pan-fry beef until 70% done, add scallion sauce, and stir-fry on high heat to release aroma.
Assemble: Layer rice, eggs, and beef in a bowl. Drizzle with remaining sauce and serve with blanched broccoli.
