Cook rice separately and, once cooled slightly, take an appropriate amount of rice and shape it into Santa's head using your hands, with plastic wrap aiding in shaping for better results.
Use edible red food coloring or ketchup to dot the "Santa's" nose, and black sesame seeds or chocolate sauce for the eyes.
Bend carrot strips into hat shapes and secure with toothpicks, then use red pepper strips or thin carrot strips for beard decoration.
Pour the curry sauce onto a plate and place the "Santa" rice on top to complete.
