Salisbury Steak is a very classic American dish that originated in the late 19th century and is widely loved for its rich meat flavor and abundant sauce. This dish is mainly made from ground beef (or a mixture of beef and pork), shaped like a steak, and served with a special sauce after grilling. It is usually enjoyed with mashed potatoes or pasta.

👉🏻✨DIRECTIONS:
Mix the ground beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, onion powder, garlic paste, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Shape into patties.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the patties in the skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked through on both sides.
To make the sauce: In another pan, sauté onions and mushrooms in a small amount of oil until soft. Add butter and flour, stir until combined, then pour in beef broth and soy sauce. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the sauce thickens.
Return the cooked patties to the sauce and heat for a few minutes to allow the patties to absorb the flavor of the sauce.
Serve with mashed potatoes or pasta.

👉🏻✨TIPS
When making the patties, adjust the ingredient proportions according to personal taste, such as increasing the beef ratio or reducing the pork amount.
When grilling the patties, keep the heat moderate to avoid overcooking the outside while the inside remains raw.
The thickness of the sauce can be adjusted according to personal preference. For a richer flavor, reduce the simmering time appropriately.
