Rockefeller Lobster is a classic seafood dish from the West, renowned for its rich flavor and unique seasoning. The lobster meat is tender and juicy, paired with creamy cheese and various spices. After baking, it exudes a delightful aroma that makes your mouth water.

👉🏻✨DIRECTIONS:
Wash the lobster and cut it open along the back, removing the intestinal tract and gills.
Microwave the fresh spinach until wilted, then squeeze out excess water and chop finely.
Melt butter in a skillet, add chopped shallot and garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Add chopped spinach, season with black pepper, pour in white wine, and cook for one minute. Then add cream and cook until slightly thickened.
Fill the lobster with the spinach mixture, sprinkle with Gruyère cheese and Parmesan cheese, and top with a mixture of breadcrumbs.
Place the lobster in a preheated oven at 200°C and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the cheese and breadcrumbs are browned.
Remove the lobster, garnish with lemon zest and fresh parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.

Avoid overbaking the lobster to prevent the meat from becoming tough.
The breadcrumb mixture adds texture and makes the lobster crunchy and delicious.
