👉🏻✨DIRECTIONS:
Chicken Breast Preparation: Cut the chicken breast into chunks and marinate with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, half a tablespoon of dark soy sauce, half a tablespoon of oyster sauce, and a suitable amount of crushed black pepper for 30 minutes.
Blanching Broccoli: Blanch the broccoli in boiling water for 2 minutes and then remove it.
Mixing Vegetables: Pour the blanched broccoli together with the other vegetables (excluding corn, chicken breast, pumpkin, and mushrooms). Add 1 tablespoon of oil, a suitable amount of salt, and crushed black pepper. Mix well.
Air Frying Chicken and Vegetables: Place the marinated chicken breast, corn, baby pumpkin, and shiitake mushrooms in the air fryer. Brush them with oil and set the temperature to 180°C for 10 minutes. Flip them over and continue to cook for another 10 minutes.
Adding Broccoli and Tomatoes: Add the broccoli and cherry tomatoes to the air fryer. Cook for another 10 minutes, flipping them over halfway through the cooking process!
