180g Pumpkin (steamed and mashed)
40g Red Dates (chopped)
300g Flour
4g Yeast

Wash the millet, steam it, and let it cool. Steam the pumpkin and mash it, then chop the red dates.
Mix the yeast with the flour, then add the pumpkin mash, millet, and chopped red dates. Knead into a smooth dough.
Roll the dough out on a flat surface into a large rectangle, then roll it up from one end to the other and cut into small pieces.
Let the dough pieces rise until they double in size, then place them in a steamer and steam over high heat for 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and let them sit for an additional 3 minutes before removing.

Pumpkin has varying levels of moisture, so you may need to add the pumpkin mash in stages. If the dough is too dry, add the remaining pumpkin.
The rising time depends on the room temperature; let the dough rise until it doubles in size.
After steaming, turn off the heat and let the buns sit for 3 minutes to prevent them from collapsing.
