Pumpkin: 200g
Pasta: one serving
Garlic: 2 cloves
Chili: 1 piece
Olive oil: as needed
Rosemary: a little
Vegetable broth: as needed
Black pepper: as needed
Salt: as needed
Parmesan cheese: as needed
👉🏻✨DIRECTIONS:
Peel and seed the pumpkin, then cut it into thin slices. Slice the garlic and chop the chili for backup.
Cook the pasta in advance until it is al dente, then drain and set aside.
Heat a pan with olive oil, add garlic and chili, stir-fry for a while, then add rosemary.
Add pumpkin slices and stir-fry for a minute, then pour in vegetable broth, covering the pumpkin almost entirely.
Add black pepper and salt, cook for 3-4 minutes until the pumpkin is soft.
Add the cooked pasta and stir well, then add some olive oil.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
