Pumpkin Muffins are a typical American dessert adapted from English muffins. They are made by replacing yeast with baking powder, mixing wet and dry ingredients, and baking them in small cups. The blend of pumpkin's sweetness with spices like cinnamon and nutmeg creates a unique and delicious flavor in every bite, making them perfect for breakfast or afternoon tea.

👉🏻✨DIRECTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 220°C.
In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients evenly.
In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients (except eggs) evenly, then add the eggs and mix well.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix gently until no dry powder remains.
Fill the muffin molds with the batter, about 80-90% full.
Place in the preheated oven, bake at 220°C for 5 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 170°C and bake for 16-17 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove and let cool before serving.

Adjust the amount of sugar and spices according to personal taste.
Pumpkin puree can be homemade by boiling peeled and seeded pumpkin and blending it into a puree.
Baking time may vary depending on the size of the molds and the oven's performance.
