Pumpkin Milk Bread Rolls are a delicious combination of the sweetness of pumpkin and the rich aroma of milk. They have a unique taste and are packed with nutrients, making them an ideal choice for breakfast or afternoon tea.

High-gluten flour: 300g
Milk: 100ml
Pumpkin puree: 140g
Sugar: 30g
Salt: 5g
Yeast: 10g
Butter: 30g
Pumpkin seeds, softened cream for decoration (optional)
👉🏻✨DIRECTIONS:
Mix high-gluten flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Add milk and pumpkin puree, and knead into a smooth dough.
Add room-temperature softened butter and continue kneading until the dough is smooth and can stretch into a thin membrane.
Place the dough in a warm place to rise until doubled in size.
After fermentation, punch down the dough and roll it into a rectangle. Spread pumpkin puree evenly on top and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds.
Roll up from one end and cut into appropriate-sized pieces.
Place on a baking tray and let rise again.
After the second fermentation, brush with softened cream and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
