  • Milk: 100ml

  • Pumpkin puree: 140g

  • Sugar: 30g

  • Salt: 5g

  • Yeast: 10g

  • Butter: 30g

  • Pumpkin seeds, softened cream for decoration (optional)

  1. Mix high-gluten flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Add milk and pumpkin puree, and knead into a smooth dough.

  2. Add room-temperature softened butter and continue kneading until the dough is smooth and can stretch into a thin membrane.

  3. Place the dough in a warm place to rise until doubled in size.

  4. After fermentation, punch down the dough and roll it into a rectangle. Spread pumpkin puree evenly on top and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds.

  5. Roll up from one end and cut into appropriate-sized pieces.

  6. Place on a baking tray and let rise again.

  7. After the second fermentation, brush with softened cream and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
