French toast bread: 4 slices

Combine pumpkin puree, eggs, milk, sugar, and cinnamon powder (if using) in a bowl and mix well to make a pumpkin egg milk mixture.
Dip the slices of French toast bread into the pumpkin egg milk mixture, soaking each side for about half a minute until fully soaked.
Melt some butter in a skillet and place the soaked toast bread in it. Fry over low heat until both sides are golden and crispy.
After frying, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar, drizzle with maple syrup, or serve with other fruits.
