Sausage: 2 pieces
Rice: 200g
Soy sauce: 2 teaspoons
Oyster sauce: 1 teaspoon
Salt: to taste
Cooking oil: as needed
Water: as needed

Wash and peel the pumpkin, then cut it into chunks. Slice the sausage into small pieces and set aside.
Rinse the rice twice with water and soak it in water for one hour.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the sausage and stir-fry until it starts to curl. Then add the pumpkin, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and salt. Stir-fry evenly.
Drain the soaked rice and place it in a rice cooker. Pour in the stir-fried ingredients along with their sauce, then add one bowl of water. Select the "cook" setting and let it cook for 30 minutes.
After cooking, mix the rice and ingredients evenly. Garnish with scallions and serve.
