  2. Mix Dough: Combine glutinous rice flour and all-purpose flour, add pumpkin puree, and mix while adding, until a soft and moderate dough is formed. If you want to increase fluffiness, add yeast powder, mix well, and let it rest for 20 minutes.

  3. Prepare Red Bean Paste Filling: Divide the red bean paste into small portions and roll into balls.

  4. Wrap Filling: Divide the dough into small pieces, roll into balls, flatten, place the red bean paste in the center, seal tightly, and pat into thin cake shapes.

  5. Cook: Preheat a frying pan, brush with a layer of oil, place the pumpkin cake dough, flip when the bottom is set and colored, flip repeatedly until both sides are golden brown, and remove from heat.
