3 slices of bread
Low-fat peanut butter
2 eggs
50ml milk
Appropriate amount of coconut oil
Appropriate amount of yogurt
Fresh fruits such as strawberries and blueberries

Trim the crusts off the bread slices and cut them diagonally to get triangular pieces.
Spread low-fat peanut butter evenly on one slice of bread and top it with another slice to form a sandwich.
Whisk together eggs and milk until well combined, then soak the sandwich pieces thoroughly in the mixture.
Heat a skillet with an appropriate amount of coconut oil, then place the soaked bread pieces in the skillet and fry over low heat until golden brown on both sides.
