Ginger, to taste
Scallions, to taste
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce

Prep: Soak wings for 2 hours to remove gaminess, poke holes with a toothpick.
Marinate: Mix with ginger, scallions, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and Orleans seasoning. Marinate for 1 hour.
Bake: Preheat oven to 190°C (374°F), bake for 25 minutes.
