Mushrooms (optional): 6 (halved)
Garlic: 3 cloves (chopped)
Dried shrimp: 2 tablespoons (soaked in warm water for 10 minutes, drained)
Oyster sauce: 1 teaspoon
Cooking oil: 1 tablespoon

Make garlic oil first by stir-frying the chopped garlic with the cooking oil. When the garlic turns golden brown, dish out half of it for later use.
In the remaining garlic oil, add the dried shrimp and quickly stir-fry until you smell its aroma.
Add the mushrooms and quickly stir-fry, then follow with the chopped Napa cabbage.
Stir-fry for 1 minute, then add the oyster sauce and mix well.
When the Napa cabbage is still somewhat crunchy and not overcooked, dish it out onto a serving plate and drizzle with the remaining garlic oil.
