Brown Mushrooms 350g (or Button Mushrooms)
Potatoes 250g
Garlic 3 cloves
Parsley 1 small bunch
Olive Oil as needed
Sea Salt as needed
Freshly Ground Black Pepper to taste

Peel and chop the potatoes into cubes. Boil them in boiling water for 6-7 minutes until cooked, then drain and set aside.
Wash the brown mushrooms and cut them into 4-6 pieces depending on their size. Slice the garlic and chop the parsley.
Pour an appropriate amount of olive oil into a skillet. Once the oil is slightly warm, add the brown mushrooms and a pinch of sea salt. Stir-fry for a moment. Then add the cooked potatoes and cook until they are golden brown on the surface, stirring occasionally.
Add the sliced garlic and chopped parsley, and stir-fry evenly. Before serving, add an appropriate amount of sea salt for seasoning again and a little freshly ground black pepper to taste. Enjoy!
