Lemons 2 (1 sliced, 1 juiced)

Preheat the oven to 450°F (about 232°C).
Clean the branzino, pat it dry, and season it inside and out with salt and black pepper.
Stuff the cavity of the fish with lemon slices, rosemary, sliced garlic, and thyme.
Place the fish on a baking sheet and coat its surface with olive oil.
Arrange the remaining lemon slices next to the fish and drizzle with lemon juice.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 17-22 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
Remove the baked fish, sprinkle with additional salt and black pepper, and squeeze the remaining lemon juice over it.
