This spicy and savory beef tofu soup is light yet satisfying, combining tender beef, silky tofu, and fresh veggies—ideal for a healthy diet.

  • 150g beef tenderloin

  • 200g soft tofu

  • 100g bean sprouts

  • 100g baby bok choy

  • Green & red peppers (to taste)

  • Cilantro (a handful)

  • 1 tbsp minced garlic

  • 1 tbsp Korean chili paste

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • Salt & chicken bouillon (to taste)

  • Chili powder (optional)

👉🏻✨DIRECTIONS:

  1. Sauté Aromatics: Lightly spray oil in a pot, sauté garlic and chili powder, then add Korean chili paste and water. Bring to a boil.

  2. Cook Veggies: Add tofu, bean sprouts, and bok choy. Simmer for 5 mins.

  3. Season & Add Beef: Stir in soy sauce, salt, and bouillon. Add beef slices and cook for 1 min.

  4. Serve: Top with peppers and cilantro.
