This spicy and savory beef tofu soup is light yet satisfying, combining tender beef, silky tofu, and fresh veggies—ideal for a healthy diet.

150g beef tenderloin
200g soft tofu
100g bean sprouts
100g baby bok choy
Green & red peppers (to taste)
Cilantro (a handful)
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp Korean chili paste
2 tbsp soy sauce
Salt & chicken bouillon (to taste)
Chili powder (optional)
👉🏻✨DIRECTIONS:
Sauté Aromatics: Lightly spray oil in a pot, sauté garlic and chili powder, then add Korean chili paste and water. Bring to a boil.
Cook Veggies: Add tofu, bean sprouts, and bok choy. Simmer for 5 mins.
Season & Add Beef: Stir in soy sauce, salt, and bouillon. Add beef slices and cook for 1 min.
Serve: Top with peppers and cilantro.
