Italian Crepes Roll is a delicious Italian snack that perfectly combines crispy crepes with rich fillings. The outer layer is crispy, the inner layer is soft, and the fillings are delicious, leaving a lingering aftertaste.

👉🏻✨DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix self-raising flour, cream, egg, sugar, and appropriate amount of milk, and knead into a soft and non-sticky dough.

  2. Spread the dough evenly on a 9-inch pizza pan, shaping it into a base with thick edges and a thin bottom. Let it ferment for 1 hour.

  3. Puncture some small holes on the pizza dough with a toothpick or fork.

  4. Heat a pan with appropriate amount of salad oil or olive oil, add finely chopped onions and sauté until fragrant. Then add cherry tomato pieces, tomato sauce, black pepper, oregano leaves, salt, sugar, and water. Cook until boiling and set aside as pizza sauce.

  5. Spread the pizza sauce evenly on the fermented pizza base.

  6. Layer bacon strips, green pepper pieces, sausage rings, 2/3 mozzarella cheese, onion rings, bell pepper rings, cherry tomato rings, and thin sausage slices on top.

  7. Place the pizza in the lower layer of the oven and bake at 200°C for 20 minutes. After taking it out, evenly sprinkle the remaining 1/3 cheese and bake for another 5 minutes.
