Italian Black Vinegar Mushrooms is a delicious dish that perfectly combines fresh mushrooms with rich Italian black vinegar. Through simple cooking, the fresh flavor of the mushrooms and the tangy taste of the black vinegar blend seamlessly, creating a rich and fragrant dish.

12 mushrooms (stems removed)
Olive oil, as needed
3-5 garlic cloves (minced)
2 sprigs of thyme (fresh preferred, dried also acceptable)
1/2 teaspoon Italian black vinegar
A pinch of fleur de sel
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
A handful of pine nuts

Heat olive oil in a skillet and add the stemmed mushrooms. Cook until the "cups" of the mushrooms fill with water, then flip and continue cooking until the moisture evaporates.
Add the minced garlic and thyme leaves, and sauté until fragrant. Pour in the Italian black vinegar and stir well until evenly coated. Remove from heat.
Plate the mushrooms, sprinkle with a pinch of fleur de sel, freshly ground black pepper, and pine nuts. Garnish with a sprig of thyme before serving.
