🎈①Pan-Fried Chicken Thigh ~ Cabbage Salad Rice Bowl✨


🔸Marinate the chicken thigh with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of starch, and black pepper. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken thigh until golden brown on both sides.
🔸Pour the sauce (1 tablespoon of soy sauce + 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce + half tablespoon of honey + a small bowl of water) and simmer on low heat until cooked. Fry the egg.
🔸Place rice at the bottom, add the fried egg, chicken thigh, and shredded cabbage. Drizzle with sesame salad dressing.
🎈②Pan-Fried Salmon ~ Mushroom Braised Rice✨


Heat oil, add minced onion and carrot, stir-fry until soft. Add mushrooms and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon of light soy sauce, black pepper, and salt, and stir-fry.
Add rice and the stir-fried ingredients to the rice cooker, with a rice-to-water ratio of 1:1. Cook using the rice cooking mode.
Spray oil in the pan, add salmon when the oil is hot, and fry over medium heat until both sides are cooked through. Blanch asparagus. Arrange all ingredients on a plate..
🎈③Scallion-Braised Pork Chop ~ Cabbage Rice Bowl✨


Cut the pork collar into thick slices and beat with the back of a knife. Add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of starch, 1 tablespoon of pepper powder, 1 egg, and an appropriate amount of salt. Mix well and marinate for half an hour.
Prepare the sauce: a large amount of chopped scallions + 1 tablespoon of minced garlic + 2 tablespoons of white sesame seeds + 1 tablespoon of pepper powder + an appropriate amount of salt + 1 tablespoon of oil.
Heat oil in a pan, fry the pork chops until golden brown on both sides. Cut into pieces and return to the pan. Add the scallion sauce and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add a little water to the pan, 1 tablespoon of oil and an appropriate amount of salt. When the water boils, add shredded cabbage and simmer for 2 minutes. Fry a runny egg. Place all the ingredients on the rice.
🎈④Minced Pork with Egg-Wrapped Tofu ~ Asparagus and Button Mushroom Rice Bowl✨


Marinate the minced meat with cooking wine, light soy sauce, and a little starch. Stir-fry the minced meat in hot oil until it changes color and set aside.
Heat oil in the pan, add tofu and fry until golden brown on both sides. Pour in the egg liquid.
Pour in the sauce (1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, an appropriate amount of salt, 1 tablespoon of starch, and half a bowl of water) and cook until thickened, then set aside.
Heat oil in the pan, stir-fry asparagus and mushrooms. Season with black pepper and salt. Arrange all the ingredients on a plate.
🎈⑤Pan-Fried Salmon ~ Avocado Rice Bowl✨


Marinate the salmon with 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, and garlic salt for twenty minutes.
Spray oil in the pan, fry the salmon until cooked. Boil water in the pan, add broccolini, add an appropriate amount of salt and olive oil, blanch until cooked and set aside.
Fry the pasteurized eggs until cooked. Cut the mushrooms into pieces, stir-fry in the pan, and season with salt and black pepper. Place rice at the bottom of the bowl and add the ingredients.
🎈⑥Satay-Stir-Fried Beef with Chinese Kale ~ Fried Egg Rice Bowl✨


Marinate the beef with pepper powder, light soy sauce, satay sauce, and starch for a while. Stir-fry the beef over high heat until cooked and set aside.
Heat oil in the pan, stir-fry the minced garlic until fragrant. Add the kale stems and stir-fry until soft. Add the kale leaves and stir-fry for 1 minute. Season with a little salt.
Return the beef to the pan and stir-fry over high heat until well combined. Place rice in a bowl, add the kale beef and a soft-boiled egg.
