  • 50g Ladolemono (Greek Salad Dressing)

  • 1 large red onion dice

  • 1 medium zucchini dice

  • 1 large orange bell pepper dice

  • 1 large tomato, cut into 8 wedges

  • Kosher & pepper to taste

  • 6 to 8 chicken leg 🐔

  • 50g Kalamata olives

  • 50g Castelvetrano olives

  • 120g feta cheese

  • 5g Italian parsley

These Greek Chicken Gyros are meticulously seasoned and roasted to perfection. The chicken is marinated in a combination of savory, tangy and herbaceous flavours, stacked on a spit and slow-roasted until the exterior develops a slight caramelized char while the inside remains tender and succulent 🤤.

  1. Preheat the oven to 218°C 🔥

  2. Spread the onions, zucchini, bell peppers, and tomatoes evenly in a large pan. Season with salt and pepper, then pour the salad dressing over the vegetables. Mix well and spread the vegetables out.

  3. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Drizzle some more sauce over it. Place in the oven and bake for 35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.

  4. Remove from the oven and spoon the pan juices over the chicken. Garnish with parsley and serve 🍽️
