General Tso's Chicken
Tangy and refreshing, ideal for appetite stimulation.

General Tso's Chicken, also known as General Tso Chicken, is a non-traditional Chinese fried chicken dish. Despite its name being associated with Qing Dynasty general Zuo Zongtang, it was actually invented by Taiwanese chef Changkuei Peng in 1952. Featuring chicken as the main ingredient, along with vegetables and a special sauce, its tangy flavor has made it a favorite among diners both domestically and internationally, and it is one of the most popular dishes in American Chinese restaurants.
