Fresh shrimp 500g
Garlic 50g
Olive oil 200ml
Parsley or arugula 30g
Chili powder 10g (optional)
Black pepper to taste
Sea salt to taste

Peel, devein, and wash the shrimp, then dry them with kitchen paper.
Finely chop the garlic.
Heat a pan over medium heat, pour in the olive oil, and add the chopped garlic. Stir constantly until the garlic turns golden brown, then add chili powder (if using) and stir to avoid burning.
Prepare a baking dish lined with aluminum foil, and evenly spread the shrimp on it.
Pour the heated garlic olive oil over the shrimp, ensuring it covers the shrimp.
Sprinkle with black pepper and sea salt.
Place in a preheated oven at 200°C for 5 minutes, or until the shrimp turns pink and cooked through.
Remove and stir well, garnish with chopped parsley or arugula.
