👉🏻Ingredients list⚠️
High-gluten flour: 300g
Yeast: 5g
Salt: 5g
Egg: 50g
Milk: 100g
Sugar: 35g
Vegetable oil: 35g
Butter: 100g
Garlic: 5 cloves
Parsley leaves (or celery leaves): as needed
Salt and sugar (for seasoning): as needed
👉🏻✨DIRECTIONS:
Combine high-gluten flour, yeast, salt, egg, milk, sugar, and vegetable oil in a bowl and knead into a smooth dough.
Let the dough rest for 15 minutes, then roll it into a rectangle, roll it up, and pinch the seam tightly. Slightly stretch it into a longer shape.
Place the dough in a closed environment (such as an oven) to rise until doubled in size.
Preheat the oven to 175°C, bake the risen dough for 20 minutes, then remove and let it cool.
Make the garlic butter sauce: Finely chop the garlic and mix it with melted butter. Add chopped parsley leaves (or celery leaves) and season with salt and sugar to taste.
Slice the baked bread, brush with garlic butter sauce, wrap in aluminum foil, and bake in the oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
If you prefer a crispy texture, remove the aluminum foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes.

👉🏻✨TIPS
During fermentation, room temperature is sufficient in summer, while in winter, you can place a bowl of hot water under the baking tray.
When baking garlic bread, keep a close eye on the oven to avoid burning the garlic.
Wrapping in aluminum foil ensures a soft texture. If you prefer a crunchy texture, bake directly on the baking tray.

Garlic bread rolls are not only delicious but also stimulate appetite, making them ideal for gatherings, picnics, or everyday meals.
