Fresh shrimp 10
Vermicelli 100g
Garlic 8 cloves
Scallion, green pepper strips for garnish
Soy sauce, cooking wine, fish sauce, salt, sugar to taste
👉🏻✨DIRECTIONS:
Wash the shrimp and drain; soak the vermicelli in cold water for 20 minutes.
Chop the garlic into mince; slice the scallions and green peppers for garnish.
Drain the soaked vermicelli, cut into sections, and spread on a plate. Arrange the shrimp evenly on top.
Heat oil in a pan, add the minced garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant. Add cooking wine, soy sauce, fish sauce, a little salt and sugar. Mix well and pour over the shrimp.
Steam in a boiling pot for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in another pan and pour over the shrimp topped with scallions and green pepper strips.
