Cooking wine, 1 tablespoon
Egg, 1
Cornstarch, 50 grams
Breadcrumbs, 100 grams
Edible oil, as needed

Wash the chicken legs or breast meat, cut into bite-sized pieces, and marinate with salt, black pepper, soy sauce, and cooking wine for 20 minutes.
Coat the marinated chicken pieces with cornstarch, then dip them into beaten egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
Pour enough edible oil into a pot and heat to medium-low heat. When the oil reaches about 150°C (300°F), add the coated chicken pieces and fry until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and drain excess oil.
Place the fried chicken pieces on kitchen paper to absorb any remaining oil before serving.
