  2. Prepare the Egg Yolks: Steam or boil the salted duck egg yolks until cooked, then mash them with a spoon or rolling pin until smooth.

  3. Fry the Pumpkin: Coat the cooked pumpkin pieces with a thin layer of starch, then fry them in hot oil until golden brown, then drain and set aside.

  4. Cook the Egg Yolks: Leave a little oil in the pan, add the mashed salted egg yolks, and stir-fry over low heat until bubbles form.

  5. Combine: Add the fried pumpkin pieces to the pan and stir-fry evenly with the salted egg yolks, ensuring the pumpkin pieces are evenly coated.
