Diet Food - Shrimps
1.Prepare fresh large shrimps, peel and devein them, wash thoroughly, then blanch in boiling water until cooked, remove and drain well.
2.Prepare the cold dressing ingredients, typically including minced garlic, minced ginger, chili oil, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt, sesame oil, etc. Adjust the proportions according to personal taste.
3.Place the blanched shrimps in a large bowl, pour in the prepared cold dressing, and gently mix with chopsticks or hands.
4.After mixing, transfer to a serving plate, garnish with chopped green onions or cilantro, and serve.
