Filling: Potatoes, onions, chicken/beef, curry powder, salt, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar

Filling preparation: Dice the potatoes and onions, cook until tender, and drain. Heat oil in a pan, add onions and sauté until fragrant, then add potatoes and stir-fry. Add curry powder, salt, sugar, soy sauce, and vinegar to taste, and cook until dry. Set aside.
Outer crust preparation: Mix flour, rice flour, tapioca starch, and butter until well combined. Gradually add water and knead into a dough. Let it rest, then roll into thin sheets and wrap with filling.
Frying: Heat oil in a pan, add the wrapped curry puffs, and fry until golden brown. Drain and serve.
