2 deboned chicken thighs
2 eggs
2 bowls of cooked rice
1 tbsp cooking wine
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
Starch (for coating)
1 handful chopped scallions
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp white sesame seeds
1 tbsp sesame oil
Salt & black pepper to taste

Marinate chicken: Coat chicken with cooking wine, soy sauce, and oyster sauce for 20 mins.
Pan-fry chicken: Dredge in starch, fry until golden, then slice.
Make scallion sauce: Mix scallions, garlic, sesame seeds, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
Scramble eggs: Cook eggs on low heat until slightly runny.
