Creamy Mushroom Chicken and Wild Rice Soup is a Western-style creamy soup that combines the richness of cream, the deliciousness of mushrooms, the tenderness of chicken, and the chewiness of wild rice. Chicken breast: 200g, cubed
Mushrooms: 200g, sliced
Wild rice: 50g, soaked beforehand
Butter: 30g
Onion: 1, finely chopped
Garlic: 2 cloves, finely chopped
Chicken broth: 500ml
Heavy cream: 200ml
Salt: to taste
Black pepper: to taste
Parsley: as needed, finely chopped

Soak the wild rice beforehand until softened.
Heat butter in a pot and sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
Add the chicken breast cubes and stir-fry until they change color.
Add the sliced mushrooms and continue stir-frying until they soften.
Pour in the chicken broth, add the soaked wild rice, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Pour in the heavy cream, stir well, and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
Season with salt and black pepper, and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
