Creamy Chicken Pasta is an Italian pasta dish filled with rich creamy flavors. Tender chicken breast blends perfectly with cream and pasta, providing a satisfying and flavorful experience with every bite.

Chicken breast: 2 pieces
Pasta (penne or your choice): 200g
Bacon: 2 slices
Bread crumbs: as needed
Green peas: 50g
Corn kernels: 50g
Carrot: 1
Celery: 1
Onion: 1
Garlic: 3 cloves
Thyme: as needed
Milk: 500ml
Black pepper: as needed
Sea salt: as needed
Butter: as needed
👉🏻✨DIRECTIONS:
Cut the chicken breast in half and season with sea salt and black pepper.
Cut the bread into small cubes, mix with a bit of salt and olive oil in a container, and bake at 200°C for 10 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Add bacon to a cast-iron skillet and cook until crispy. Remove and chop into small pieces.
Without washing the skillet, add the chicken breast and cook until browned on both sides. Remove and chop into small pieces.
Add onion, garlic, carrot, celery, and thyme to the skillet and sauté until softened.
Add one tablespoon of flour and stir to coat. Pour in milk, chicken broth, and water, and season with a bit of salt.
Bring to a boil, then add corn kernels and pasta. Cook until the pasta is tender.
Stir in the chicken and green peas, mix well, and remove from heat.
Serve in bowls topped with bread crumbs, bacon bits, and parsley.
