Whip the egg whites, adding granulated sugar in three batches, until they reach a soft peak stage.
Add 1/3 of the whipped egg whites to the egg yolk mixture, folding from the bottom up. Pour this mixture back into the remaining egg whites, continuing to fold until smooth and creamy.
Pour the batter into a lined mold, tap lightly to remove air bubbles, and bake in the preheated oven at 155°C for 15 minutes.
Remove the cake from the oven, cover it with parchment paper, flip it over, and let it cool.
Whip the cream to a piping consistency and spread it evenly over the cake. Use a bear-shaped mold or tool to create the bear design.
