  1. Except for cocoa powder, put all the ingredients for the bread body into a food processor and mix until a smooth dough forms.

  2. Add butter and salt, and continue mixing until a gluten membrane forms.

  3. Take out about 85 grams of dough, mix with cocoa powder, and use it for making the trunk.

  4. Let the remaining dough ferment until it doubles in size.

  5. During fermentation, mix sweetened red beans, milk, butter, and white sugar together to make the filling.

  6. Gently deflate the fermented dough, divide it into 6 equal portions, shape them into smooth dough balls, and let them rest for 10 minutes.

  7. Roll out one dough ball, place the filling in the center, and shape it into a long triangle.

  8. Let the shaped dough rise until it gently springs back when pressed.

  9. Divide the cocoa dough into 6 portions, roll them into balls, and attach them to the bottom of the triangular dough to form the trunk.

  10. Use scissors to cut out leaf shapes.

  11. Preheat the oven and bake at 165°C (top heat) and 170°C (bottom heat) for about 18 minutes in the middle rack.
