70g all-purpose flour

Steam the Chinese yam until tender and mash it into a paste of about 110g. Let it cool, then add two eggs (or the specified egg amount), 70g of flour, 20g of cooked corn kernels, and a suitable amount of finely chopped, blanched green vegetables. Mix all the ingredients evenly.
Transfer the mixed ingredients into a piping bag. Brush oil in a pan, squeeze the batter into the pan, and fry until it sets.
