Chinese cabbage, ham, and tofu casserole is a homemade dish that combines deliciousness with nutrition. It blends the crispness of Chinese cabbage, the salty aroma of ham, and the tenderness of tofu. Fresh Chinese cabbage 300g
Cooked ham 100g
Soft tofu 200g
Ginger 3 slices
Garlic 2 cloves (sliced)
Water 500ml
Salt to taste
Chicken bouillon/MSG a little (optional)
Sesame oil a few drops (for fragrance)
👉🏻✨DIRECTIONS:
Wash the Chinese cabbage and cut into sections, slice the ham, and cut the tofu into blocks for later use.
Heat a small amount of oil in a pot, add the ginger slices and sliced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
Add the Chinese cabbage and stir-fry until slightly softened, then add the ham slices and continue stir-frying for a short while.
Pour in the water, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the tofu blocks, gently stir, and continue simmering for 5 minutes until the tofu is flavorful.
Season with salt to taste, optionally add a little chicken bouillon for extra flavor, and finally drizzle with a few drops of sesame oil before serving.
