  • 2 medium potatoes

  • 100g broccoli

  • 8-10 cherry tomatoes

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

  • 1 tbsp cooking wine

  • Sea salt & black pepper to taste

  • Hubang zero-fat beef chili sauce (or other low-fat sauce)
