200g chicken breast
2 medium potatoes
100g broccoli
8-10 cherry tomatoes
2 eggs
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp cooking wine
Sea salt & black pepper to taste
Hubang zero-fat beef chili sauce (or other low-fat sauce)
👩🍳DIRECTIONS:
1️⃣ Marinate Chicken: Slice chicken, mix with soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, salt, and pepper. Marinate 30 mins, then pan-fry.
2️⃣ Prep Veggies: Boil and mash potatoes, blanch broccoli, boil eggs (cut into halves), halve cherry tomatoes.
3️⃣ Assemble Salad: Layer mashed potatoes, chicken, broccoli, eggs, and tomatoes. Serve with chili sauce.
