  • Shredded carrot - Appropriate amount

  • Chopped scallions - Appropriate amount

  • Salt - Appropriate amount

  • Black pepper - Appropriate amount

  1. Add corn kernels, green beans, shredded carrot, and chopped scallions to the shrimp paste. Mix well with salt and black pepper.

  2. Cut the cheese slices in half and lay them on a slice of bacon.

  3. Place a ball of the mixed shrimp paste filling on the cheese slice and roll it up, securing it with a toothpick.

  4. Put the rolled shrimp and bacon rolls into a preheated oven and bake at 180°C for 25 minutes until golden brown.

  5. Remove and sprinkle with chili powder and chopped parsley (optional).
