  • Egg liquid: 30g

  • Low-gluten flour: 200g

  • Matcha powder: 2g

  1. Soften the butter at room temperature, add powdered sugar, and mix well with a whisk until fluffy.

  2. Gradually add the egg liquid, mixing well after each addition until fully incorporated.

  3. Sieve in the low-gluten flour and knead into a dough. Divide into three portions.

  4. Add matcha powder to one portion and knead into a green dough; add red velvet liquid or red food coloring to another portion and knead into a red dough; keep the third portion its original color.

  5. Divide each dough portion into small pieces and roll into long strips.

  6. Twist the different-colored strips together to form a twist, then shape into a candy cane hook.

  7. Place on a preheated oven tray and bake at 150°C for 15-20 minutes, until the biscuits are firm and evenly colored.
